APPLICATION PROCESS

Thank you for considering St Clare’s Primary School, Truganina for your child’s education.

St Clare’s Catholic Primary School is a school which operates with the consent of the Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne and is owned, operated and governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS). MACS schools are required to follow the order of enrolment outlined in the Enrolment Policy. St Clare’s Primary School is a zoned Primary School. Our catchment area can be viewed by clicking here. Our main year of intake is for Prep, however, enrolment applications are available for all year levels where vacancies exist.

ENROLMENT 2025:

Enrolment applications for students for 2025 can be submitted at any time and will be processed as they are received. 

PREP ENROLMENT 2026: 

Children must turn 5 years of age by the 30th of April in the year they are commencing school.  

Enrolment applications must be submitted in full by Tuesday 22 April 2025. Enrolment Interviews will be held between Monday 5 and Friday 16 May 2025. Late applications may be considered where vacancy exists. Application outcomes will be shared with families electronically on Friday 6 June 2025.

Transition and Information Sessions for children enrolled in Prep at St Clare’s for 2026:

Session One: Friday 7 November 2025,  9am- 10am

Session Two: Friday 14 November 2025, 9am - 10am

Session Three: Friday 21 November 2025, 9am-10am

Session Four: Friday 28 November 2025, 9am - 10am
