Thank you for considering St Clare’s Primary School, Truganina for your child’s education.

Our main year of intake is for Prep, however, enrolment applications are available for all year levels where vacancies exist. Applications for Enrolment are now being accepted for Prep 2024. Limited places are also available in Years Prep to 6 for 2023. 

St Clare's Catholic Primary School is a school which operates with the consent of the Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne and is owned, operated and governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS). MACS schools are required to follow the order of enrolment outlined in the Enrolment Policy. St Clare’s Primary School is a zoned Primary School. Our catchment area can be viewed by clicking here.

Before commencing your child’s online enrolment application please ensure you are ready to upload the documents listed below. Applications with missing documentation will not be processed.

STUDENT’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE 

(Prep applications: Your child must be 5 years of age by 30 April in the year they are to commence school)

NOT ACCEPTED: Commemorative Birth Certificate

STUDENT’S SACRAMENTAL CERTIFICATE/S (IF APPLICABLE)

Baptism Certificate, Reconciliation Certificate, Eucharist Certificate, Confirmation Certificate 

STUDENT’S MEDICARE IMMUNISATION CERTIFICATE

ACCEPTED: Medicare Immunisation History Statement

NOT ACCEPTED: Green book, GP records

PROOF OF ADDRESS

ACCEPTED: Council rates notice/lease agreement

NOT ACCEPTED: Drivers licence, utility bills

STUDENT’S VISA DETAILS OR AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE (If applicable)

PARENT/GUARDIAN VISA DETAILS OR AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE (If born outside of Australia)
